What is the return policy?


At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the product is defective, please see the FAQ's below.




I want to cancel or change my order.


Once your order is placed, we try to package and ship it out quickly, because we want you to get it as soon as you can! This means that once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.




I entered the wrong address!


Uh oh! If you entered an incorrect address, please email your item's individual designer within 24 hours of your order being placed so that we can change it. I was sent the wrong item!


Uh oh! Please contact via email the individual designer that you bought your product from, and they give you ship out your correct order, and give you information on how to send back the incorrect item. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How long will my order take to arrive?


All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship via USPS, so after shipment, orders will arrive in anywhere from 5-10 business days. Please note: All orders from Rae Threads will be shipped out only on Mondays, so if you order after 1:00 pm Sunday afternoon, your order will not be shipped out until the following Monday.




Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States.




How do I track my order?


Once you order is shipped, you will recieve an email containing your tracking number.

I recieved a faulty product!


If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact the product's designer via email to arrange an exchange. Please include your order number, a description of what's wrong with the product, and a photo of the faulty product. When will my exchange item be sent?


Your order exchange (if the product is defective) must first be received and processed by our team. Once this happens, you will recieve an email confirmation with your order's tracking number.




The product I am trying to exchange is out of stock!


If the product you recieve is defective, but is now out of stock, please contact the individual designer via email including your order number, a description of what's wrong with the product, and a photo of the faulty product. The designer will contact you and set up either a refund or an exchange, depending on whether or not they have access to the materials to remake you this product.
